Lunch.
Red Cabbage salad.
This cabbage salad has been a favorite of mine since I was a teenager! It’s full of flavor and the red cabbage is full of everything good for you!
Cabbage:
*One small head of red cabbage(Cut into slaw strips).
*3-4 green onions.
*3/4 c. sliced almonds(oven roasted).
*One bag of ramen noodles(broken up, dry).
Dressing:
*1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
*One packet of Ramen noodle flavor(Must be Chicken!)
*1 c. vegetable oil
*1 ts. sugar
Veggie Salad.
I can never get enough veggies! I love them cooked and raw! This salad is super easy and tastes amazing.
*Deli smoked turkey
*Cauliflower
*onion(sliced into slivers)
*1 hard boiled egg(I use farm fresh)
*Cherry tomatoes
*Black olives
*1c. romaine lettuce
DRESSING:
*2 tbl. Olive oil
*2 tbl. Balsamic Vinegar
*Top with pepper
