Nothing is impossible!

 
  • I was told for so many years that it’s impossible to be fit and healthy after having multiple children. I let that defeat me for a time and then realized that being fit and healthy wasn’t an impossible idea that society created…it was a VERY obtainable lifestyle that’s NO where close to impossible!

Recipes

My family is big and eating healthy can be a chore sometimes, but NOT impossible. I have two picky eaters and the rest of us will eat anything! So, over the years I’ve had to do some searching and rearranging and came up with some recipes that are a huge hit in my family and should make everyone happy!

There are two myths when it comes to eating healthy:

1) It’s too expensive.

2) It doesn’t taste as good.

Both are untrue!! Once you start eliminating all the fatty, sugary foods, your body will crave the good stuff! And it’s SO good!!

Very rarely do we eat fast food, and I never buy sodas. Just limiting those two things will make a HUGE difference in your body.
